Hair....
Well, we can't leave this lady without hair, can we? So, I felt I had to make a tutorial about that too. Again, I do assume you know how to work with your graphic program.
Ok, here's the doll from the shading tutorial. I want to give her nice, but simple hair. We are not making anything advanced here, it's very basic. As usual, I will zoom in for you to see what I'm doing.

I have chosen these colors for my hair. Feel free to pick these, or find some nice colors of your own.

Make a new layer, take the darkest color, and draw the outline of your hair. Close the outline at the shoulders and neck with the fill (color #3 from the left) color. Here's how mine look. As you can see, I'm making a simple, straight hair this time.

Take the magic wand, select inside the outline, including where you closed the outline (Please be sure to keep the area selected all the time!). Fill with color # 3. Now, choose the airbrush, and use these settings:

Pick color #2, and start adding shadows to the hair. When you're finished with that one, select the lightest color to make highlights. Don't worry if it doesn't look too good now. We're not finished yet ;) This is what mine looks like now.

We're going to do some more shading, but first...go to Effects/User defined and select 'Sample blur'. Do this once or twice, or press CTRL + Y to repeat the effect. Now we're going to use the 'retouch tool', darken and lighten the hair. This is the setting I'm using:

You can do the 'sample blur' once here too, and then the darken/lighten again until you get the effect you want. I'm not experimenting too much now. This is just to show you the basics of how I do hair. Here's my result:

You can always use the eraser (size 1) to delete a couple of pixels here and there, if you're not happy with it.

Well, that's it....thank you for staying with me!
